Sounds kinda Asian to my ears. Japanese perchance? Your voice sounds pretty good but there are some parts in ur speech that are seriously hard to comprehend. As for improvement: I suggest you start with some basics, like vowels. For example your "o" vowel does not seem to be fully fledged. I guess some essential mouth movements were missing there or perhaps your lip shape was wrong.

I have no idea where you are from. It sounds like you have been watching British tv. Is that the case?
