A is more common and flows better, it’d work in a professional setting better than option B.
in technicality, B is ok because it \*is\* understandable, but A sounds more natural since it’s used more.

A is the better option. But the way a lot of English speakers would say it is “The movie will be enjoyed by young and old, alike.”
