I don’t think the ***pace*** is the goal: being understood is.

Increase vs. improve isn’t really an inaccuracy here, I think you may be being overly self-critical, and that lack of self-confidence may actually be causing you more problems. As the other commenter said, being understood is the goal. Native speakers make mistakes too!

I'm not sure there's any sort of perfect answer for improvement other than lots of listening, practice, and immersion, of both a formal and informal variety. Eventually, it'll come more naturally. I will say that you made quite a few mistakes in this short post, mostly in grammar and sentence structure but also in basic spelling. That may not be reflective of your spoken English, but I thought I'd note it just in case you weren't aware. Just reading this post, it would be quite obvious to me that you were likely a non-native speaker, seemingly with a fairly tenuous grasp of straightforward written English. I say that for no other reason than to give you an objective evaluation in the hopes that it might help you in your learning. If it doesn't, feel free to ignore it.

I am in the process of making this tool which could help you: https://tyypo.app/. Unlike other spell-checking tools, it's designed to help you learn. it counts the frequency of your spelling, grammatical or punctuation mistakes and then builds a bespoke training plan to help you improve. It is still in development, but feel free to check it out if you think it could help.
