I would suggest participating in multi-lingual Discords. Just by reading your post I can tell your English is not perfect, and you probably have more things you could use work on than you could expect people to tell you on a Reddit post, so I would suggest participating in an interactive medium where you're getting constant exposure and feedback.

before i start i should say you're doing a good job and i can understand what you are saying perfectly as a native speaker, and i am not a teacher. Before a verb describing an action you are performing, add the word "am" so "I studying English" should be "I am studying English." if you are reffering to someone else you might say "he/she is" or "they are" "my" in that sentence is redundant and sounds strange to me as a native speaker when talking about something in the past use past tense, so "I have been" instead of "I am" so "i have been studying English for 2 years" there is a minor typo, "haved" should be "have had" so "i have had a huge evolution" and "tip" should be plural, so "do you have any tips" "i think my speaking and listening could be better" is really well said, but i personally would add the word "skills" so "i think my speaking and listening skills could be better" but that is personal preference

The only solution is practice. Even alone, it's helpful to actually SAY the words aloud. I know it will seem a bit strange, talking to yourself... but it works. Just describe what you are doing, out loud, right now. "I am sitting on a chair. I am standing. I am making a cup of tea." Then, later, describe what you *did.* "I went to the kitchen. I boiled the kettle. I poured the hot water." And describe what you *will* do later. "I will go to the shop. I will buy some bread." For listening practice, I recommend English movies with English subtitles. Just take it 5 minutes at a time. Pause it as often as necessary, and make sure you understand everything. Then watch it again without the subtitles. It may take you ten hours to get through a movie, but at the end of the process, you can watch the whole thing and see if you've improved.

It is hard to give broad general tips without knowing more. It may be better to ask specific questions. What I can do is analyze your post and show errors and how to correct them. "I studying my english 2 years" -> "I have been studying English for two years." You are missing a few key words that help conjugate the verb (tells us what tense we are in). You are using a tense called the perfect present continuous, which is a confusing tense. It means that it is an action you started in the past, but are actively continuing. Never put "I" and a -ing verb together without some form of helping verb. "I am studying" or "I have been studying" or "I will be studying" are all different tenses that mean different things. You also need to add "for" before 2 years. This type of word is called a preposition. A preposition begins a phrase that describes a thing or action. How long have you been studying? "For two years" is the answer. "and I haved a huge evolution" -> "and I have had a huge evolution" Haved is not a word. Had is the past tense of have. Again, this sentence uses a perfect tense, which is a confusing tense to understand. "Have had" indicates something ongoing that has happened most in the past. In addition, I would probably use the word "improvement." Evolution can definitely be used, but it is only describing a change, not tha something is getting better. A standard turn of phrase here might be "I have seen a huge improvement." This would make your writing sound more natural. "but I think my speaking and listening could be better," -> "but I think my speaking and listening could be better." Punctuation is important, especially while you are learning. Whenever you see a conjunction (words like and or but that link two phrases together), take a moment and analyze your sentence. Are both sides of the sentence a complete thought (have a subject, a verb, and no dependency on the other phrase, so you could say it as a full sentence by itself)? If so, use a comma (,) before the conjunction. For example: "I have been studying English for two years, and I have seen a huge improvement." An incorrect comma would be if there was no I in the second half. There are some exceptions, such as when you link multiple phrases or items together. In the case of your phrase about speaking and listening, the sentence has finished. You have completed your thought, you are taking a breath, and you are beginning a new thought. Use a period (.) to finish the sentence. "do you have any tip," -> "Do you have any tips?" Tip should be plural, as you are asking for more than one. Capital D for the start of the sentence. Question mark (?) at the end to mark a question instead of a statement. "have a good day" -> "Have a good day!" The exclamation point (!) is somewhat optional (could be a period instead), but it conveys your polite and friendly tone better. I might also suggest that a lot of emojis (the shaking hands, thinking face, etc) shows a type of casualness that could be annoying to many. It indicates an immaturity in writing that is somewhat common in texting or some social media specifically to peers and close friends, but would be out of place in a setting where you are asking for advice. The tone you are attempting to convey should be shown through good grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation. It is admittedly difficult to convey tone over text, but emoji spam typically harms more than it helps in general writing. One is usually plenty. Put together, the whole statement would look like this: I have been studying English for two years, and I have seen a huge improvement, but I think my speaking and listening could be better. Do you have any tips? Have a good day!
