It’s also potentially a play on the word “diddle,” which is a slang/vulgar term meaning “have sex with.” With the text in the lower-right, a native speaker would understand what kind of content will be present in the manga.

"Diddler" as a term always meant for a long time sex. But usually only in times where consent is lacking.

Others have correctly explained what it means, but I want to add that I highly advise against using this phrase in everyday language, for the vast majority it would be considered highly *highly* offense to refer to sexual assault as "diddying".
