How do you greet someone/say bye on a videocall? (formal)

I'm having a videochat with someone, they want to interview me (kind of?); it's not a job interview or anything, it's just for research purposes so I'm going to make some contributions. I'm just not sure how to greet them or start the video call, and how to say good bye, all of this in a polite/formal manner.
