Read, and look up words you don't understand. Focused effort like that is crucial for expanding vocabulary- you won't easily be able to research words you don't know when you're conversing with someone.

You may already be at native level. If you can speak about any topic in English without stumbling, you’re at native level

I’d say speaking to native speakers would be a start,as well as listening to podcasts where the hosts are native speakers.

i know you’ve gotten this comment a lot but native speakers all the way, you might end up focusing lots of time into words or synonyms for words that aren’t commonplace and sound strange in conversations if you focus solely on books, if you speak with native speakers you’ll pick up the more common words that you may not know pretty quickly

Learn the name of common household items, common flora, common fuana, learn automotive parts.

Watch shows. Personally, I learned a ton from the golden girls, modern family, the nanny and of course rupaul’s drag race.
