Present simple or future simple?

Outrageous_Peace3937
Is this sentence grammatically correct or maybe I should change present simple to future simple in the second part? Is it necessary to use future simple in this example: "... you'll be allowed to..."? Can the second part remain unchanged? "Once you park your car, you are allowed to leave your car keys in the locker."

If you are speaking or writing formally, like for a serious essay or presentation, I might change it to "you'll be allowed to" just to have more agreement. But it's perfectly fine as is because the future tense is implied when you say, "you are allowed." It's one of those things that I think most native speakers have to stop and think about because the second part unchanged sounds perfectly natural. I had to stop and think about whether it's technically correct or not.

Both are perfectly fine. I would use the present simple in most cases probably.
