"fine shyt" meaning

Intentional mispelling of "fine shit," very recent slang for an attractive girl

It's a slang term for "attractive person". Apparently (thanks Wiktionary), the opposite would be "chopped shyt".

In an addition, in the UK we have the word shite which rhymes with flight or bite. It's synonymous with shit. So it could have been a misspelling of that. The meaning is exactly the same though.

“Fine shyt” is slag for “Fine as shit”. when you say it fast it sounds like ‘fine shit”. it just means they’re really attractive. Calling someone fine as shit is *not* new slag. Calling an attractive person "fine shit" must be the worst compliment ever.

In southern USA, there’s several pronunciations of “shit” that have different meanings. I’m guessing the spelling is meant to mimic one of those. My chats have used variations like - shiiiiit, sheit, shiiet.

I don’t agree with these responses. “Shit” has and will continue to be a (somewhat vulgar) way to just say “things”. It means good things will come to you soon.

Generally it would be an awful way to refer to an attractive woman. In this context, it seems more like the phrase as a whole means ‘good things are coming.’
