Fucked up: damaged, broken, poorly organized, or inebriated.
Fuck up: someone who regularly creates the above situations.

It means the same thing as "messed up", there's a couple meanings. When used as an adjective, you can choose to drop the word "up" for a more casual sound.
\- If you messed up, it means you did something you weren't supposed to or shouldn't have done.
\- If you're describing something/someone as messed up, it means you're saying there's something not right or objectionable about that thing/person. It can both be lighthearted, neutral (if referring to something broken), and serious, depending on context.

The "f word" is one of the most versatile words in the English language. You can use it for just about anything, honestly. I'm not going to censor the word because we all know what we're talking about already, and we are online for crying out loud. You're a few clicks away from much worse. I will however label the uses that are particularly rude/aggressive, for your protection lol. But of course keep in mind that many speakers will find this word rude in any context, while others will use it all the time without a second thought, and don't even mean anything particularly strong/emphatic by using it. Anyway:
*That's fucked up =* that is really wrong and improper
*I fucked up =* I made a big mistake
*I'm gonna fuck you up* *=* I am going to beat you up/fight you (**very rude/aggro)**
*He's a fuck-up =* He consistently makes mistakes; he is unreliable
*Shut the fuck up =* Be quiet (**very rude**)

"I'll fuck you up" - physical threat, probably a fist fight
"That shit will fuck you up" - This activity, substance, or food will have a bad effect on you
"You got fucked up" it seems you were physically hurt / got too drunk
"Let's get fucked up" let us get very drunk
"You're a fuck up" you are a loser or disappointment
"Shut the fuck up" be quiet >:(
"Don't fuck up" don't make a mistake
"I'll fuck you up, down, and sideways" either a physical threat of violence, or an invitation to intercourse, will be creative either way.
"That's fucked up" That is disturbing/immoral

If you fucked up means you made a bad mistake

Does that also means to feel frustrated or you made mistake

"Messed up", but it sounds worse because of the bad word. It often implies unhealthiness and/or immorality.
Like, a dirty and disorganized room might be "messed up", but it probably isn't "f*cked up". An abusive relationship is both. 🥲
The messy room might be f*cked up if you're using it to store all the lunch wrappers and old chewing gum that you've been collecting from your crush. 😂

"Fuck up" and "*fucked* up" mean different things.
So, "fuck up" is an intensifier of "screw up" [failure, mistake]
Whereas "fucked up" is a intensifier for "messed up"[disordered, deranged, intoxicated, etc]

Depends on context, it could be refering to a drunk/high and individual. I drank 15 beers last night, I was so fck'd up...it could be a used to describe how you feel about a particular activity. That guy farted in a packed elevator how fucked up s that? Or a mistake. I should not have said that, it was a fucked up thing to say

“Fucked up” means “messed up.” It can refer to situations that are illogical or dangerous or similarly undesirable. Your girl cheating on you with your best friend would be “fucked up,” for example. It can refer to an inebriated state (a person can be “fucked up” on booze or drugs). It can refer to something that has been destroyed, like a car that’s been totaled in an accident. Stuff like that.
