Can you rate my handwritings?

1.) Very good. Easily readable 2.) Ok. Mostly legible, a few letters could be clearer. Particularly the word "closed" is a mess. I got it through context but the c is too straight, the l doesn't look like a cursive l at all, the o and the s are too close and almost look like one letter 3.) Almost completely unreadable. Can't make out more than a couple words. 4.) Ok. I can read it all, but it's not as easy to read as 1

1 is easily the clearest but it looks a bit awkward. It looks a bit like you're trying to trace letters? The g in particular, you only really see computers write a g like that with a loop at the bottom when printing. 2 is mostly readable but some of the letters run together in a weird way. The way you've written "misunderstanding" in particular is strange, especially the last half where you had to put it on another line. 3 is honestly illegible to me. 4 is probably my favourite, just ahead of 1, good mix of readability and looking kinda fancy.

i was very focused while reading it, it took lots of effort to read handwriting like this. Kindaa unique handwriting though.

If you were in elementary school, learning to write, your teacher would deduct points and tell you that your letters need to be sitting on the line, not hovering above it.

1,2 and 4 are all readable but I do have to read them slowly. I can't read number 3 at all however. Number one is the most clear, so my preference would be that you use that style. But I think you need to keep the bottom letters on the line, and remember most lower case letters will only come half way up to the next line. 1 is clear and readable and good-looking. 2 is not as clear, but perfectly legible. 3 is unreadable. I'd rate this one as not acceptable. I have no idea what it says. 4 is readable and very nice stylistically. I think 1 wins for overall readability but 4 has more 'personality' and I rather like it.

1 is pretty good but some letters need work (h looks like n, g is very odd). 2 ok but c is too sharp and lower case L isn’t looped enough. 3 is totally illegible. Is this English? 4 almost as good as 1, but the letters are too angular - use more rounded forms.

In 3 the letters are too ambiguous. And this is coming from someone who is familiar with Old English manuscripts where the letters all look vaguely similar.

I agree with the other responses: 1, 2, and 4 are legible. 1 is probably the clearest - however it’s the only non cursive style. Cursive can be harder to read/write in. Suggestions: 1. Dot every lowercase ‘i’. 2. Make the letter ‘h’ taller. Look at the first sentence. The word ‘high’ resembles the word ‘nigh’ more (although people will understand from context that you were writing the first one).

Your Kurrent is a good effort but it needs some work First of all, you need to know the difference between long-s ſ and the regular s and when to use each (never long-s at the end) It’s too dense and some of the letters are formed incorrectly or disproportionately, I’d recommend studying up a bit with handwriting samples etc You might find some good resources and examples at r/kurrent
