“Touché” can be used when someone makes a point that disproves or weakens one’s own stance.

I always liked “Duly noted” (if the context is that someone is correcting you). Sounds so proper lol

What everyone is saying ("touchè", "point taken", etc.) seems more like what you would say for "you make a good point" and not "I repectfully acknowledge I was wrong." which are two very different things.
