Not remotely the phonetic alphabet but…
Spear-It-Chew-Uhl
ExistentialCrispies•
the \[spi\] vs. \[spee\] is mixed and both common, the end is either \[chool\] or \[choo-ul\]

I say it like the first several here, roughly [spir.ɪ.tʃu.ɫ̩]

I pronounce it pretty close to the OALD pronunciation, [/'spɪrɪtʃuəl/](https://www.oxfordlearnersdictionaries.com/us/definition/english/spiritual_1?q=spiritual) . I definitely do not hold the first vowel (assuming by "spee" you mean /spi:/) although that may be standard in Scottish or Irish accents, and I definitely pronounce "tual" with two vowels normally, only dropping /u/ or /ə/ in fast conversation.

SPEAR-ih-chuul. The ell is a “dark ell” using the body of the tongue, not the tip
MotherTeresaOnlyfans•
It's four syllables, not three.

It depends on the accent. For General American, SPEER-ih-choo-uhl /ˈspɪəɹɪtʃuəl/. In RP, it could be SPIH-rih-cheur-erl /ˈspɪɹɪtʃʊəl/.

The way I’ll break it down for my accent. I am certain other native speakers would say I’m wrong in how I say it.
Spear (like the weapon) + it (like the movie about the scary clown) + chew (like eating your food) + wool (like a sheep)
The “t” kind of becomes a “tch” as in “batch” or “pitch.” There is a definite “w” sound in the “-tual” - I don’t go straight to “-uhl” like some commenters here.

i’ve always said spear-it-chull

SPEER-ih-choo-ihl

There is no singular ‘correct’ pronunciation.

TIL Americans pronounce it with a "spear" start and not "spih"

Just as an FYI, most of the pronunciations given here (and on this sub in general) are US pronunciations. Absolutely fine if that is what you are after, but be aware that some words will be pronounced quite differently in other English-speaking countries.
Comfortable-Study-69•
I’d say something like /spiːrɪtʃuːwl/ (spee-ri-choowl). There’s a lot of different dialectical and individual pronunciations, though, and I’ve heard both pronunciations you listed.

Spear-i-chwull.
The first syllable is like the word spear. The second is a short i. The last is like wool with a ch in front.

The word spiritual can be pronounced in several different ways, all of them correct. It can either be spi or spee or spea.
ˈspɪr.ɪ.tʃu.əl (uk)
ˈspɪr.ə.tʃu.əl (us)

There are many more possibilities, considering more than 60 countries adopt English as the official language, not to mention English spoken by non-natives.

I say it it “spear’ih’chaw”

spee-ri-choo-əl, personally.
Stress on the first syllable, secondary stress on the third I think.

Honestly native English speakers are all over the place with this one.
The first vowel could be from spear or spit. The last one could be from spool or something like "you wool".
It probably depends on if the word is stressed or unstressed or something. Also dialects.
