"this shit" I've never heard "ts" used for "trans," usually that's just "t."

The commenter is joking that these boys were kissing each other and are trying to hide that with wearing hoods over their faces and necks. It's definitely poking fun at young men who try to look intimidating.

just a note: ts to mean trans people is (at least in my experience as a trans person) nearly exclusively used in porn, at least nowadays. It's short for transsexual which is a term that's generally fallen out of favor, though you do see it a fair bit in older queer works and by older queer people. Not intended to be criticism in any way, just figured I'd let you know to avoid any potentially embarrassing mix-ups :)
