Why is "Tell the story again" correct? How? Doesn't "tell" often take a person? Shouldn't it be "say" without person?

I want to start creating content on social media in the opinion niche about the US because I love America. Fruit or fruits
I've been always taught that plural form of fruit is fruit, but today I came across fruits in the text, so which is it? Are both forms ok? Can we use them or is fruits a mistake??? #plurals

Do you agree with "to clarify" ?
From my knowledge, to clarify means you're the one providing information that's potentially unclear, and you want to make it clear
"How does he/she look?" vs "What does he/she look like?"
In which circumstances should I use each sentence? Normally, I'd use the second one to understand someone's physical appearance (Is she tall? What does the criminal look like?), whereas I'd use the first one to know if someone is looking sick, unwell, hurt, et cetera (Is he sick? Did he injure himself? How does he look?). Is my usage correct? And, is there any other way to use these sentences?
What's the opposite of cash money? [US]
If a person has no cash on them, only money on their card, what would a possible dialogue sound like? – You got some cash? – Nah, only XXX. (digital? card money? electronic? bank funds? or is there no term for it in the regular language?) Thank you everyone!
Wants or Want?
I don't understand those two examples at all, maybe some of you can help me understand. "Our dog wants [....]" Why is it wants here? Can someone please explain this to me so I won't make the mistake again? "My wife want [....]" Same with this, I don't understand why it's want. My English app wasn't giving me an explanation to them it just told me that I was wrong.
