Cut you off vs cut off you

The context is either when you are in line or when you want over with the relationship. Also Did i cut you off? sounds natural? this is when you wanna make sure if you skipped any of the line. Thank you

I can't understand the difference between "don't forget" and "not forget". How do they differ in meaning and how should they be used in the text?
